Digiverse is a digital ecosystem by Telkom Indonesia that provides various technology-driven solutions, including digital learning, cloud services, and enterprise solutions to support businesses and individuals in adapting to the digital era. It offers a Learning Management System (LMS) for online education and training, cloud-based services for scalable and secure data management, and digital business solutions to enhance productivity and efficiency. With a focus on innovation and digital transformation, Digiverse aims to empower organizations and individuals with the tools needed to thrive in an increasingly connected world.
The development of Digiverse followed a structured process to ensure it met user needs effectively. It began with user needs research, utilizing user interviews and surveys to identify key pain points and expectations. Based on these insights, the team proceeded to initiate the system, defining core functionalities and architectural planning using Agile methodology for iterative development.
Next, a data flow analysis was conducted using process mapping and system modeling to integrate and improve the existing MyDigilearn platform. Following this, an improvement phase refined the system with usability testing, feedback loops, and performance optimization.
The project then moved to the SFO (System Functional Overview) stage, where functional testing, prototyping, and wireframing ensured alignment with business goals and technical feasibility. Finally, the system underwent User Acceptance Testing (UAT), employing heuristic evaluation to validate functionality, usability, and scalability before deployment.
The impact of Digiverse is significant in accelerating digital transformation, particularly in education and enterprise development. With its Learning Management System (LMS), Digiverse has facilitated over 100,000+ users in accessing flexible and efficient digital learning, improving skill development for individuals and organizations. The integration of cloud services and enterprise solutions has enhanced operational efficiency, with companies reporting up to 40% improvement in productivity and 30% cost reduction in training and resource management.
