In developing Etiss, we used a Design Thinking approach that placed users at the heart of the process. We began by deeply understanding the problems faced by local event organizers. Through a series of in-depth interviews, user surveys, and usage data analysis, we gained a clear picture of the challenges at hand.

Using the Double Diamond framework, we defined the problem areas, ranging from difficulties in payment integration to slow ticket verification processes. After clearly identifying the core issues, we moved into the ideation phase, generating potential solutions which we then tested in early prototypes.

With rigorous testing cycles and direct feedback from users, we continuously refined the features until we achieved the final, optimized version. Throughout the process, we adhered to User-Centered Design (UCD) principles to ensure that every feature aligned with user needs and behaviors.
